Ashes Part 3 - SNAKES

 

After hours I got tired. I wanted to lie down on the grass. Noah was nervous. He was like we should hurry. Finally, I persuaded him to get some rest. When we lie down, I saw a snake tattoo on his right arm. I asked what it stands for. He told me that there was a group named Snakes. They were four people. They were responsible for hiding a secret. I asked what the secret was. He didn't answer. I trusted him but soon I would regret it.

The river didn't lead us to Mr Herru. We were just walking. Then a lot of snakes emerge suddenly on the grass. I was scared and wanted to escape but Noah hold me tight. He didn't let me go. We started to fight. He was trying to capture me and I was trying to escape. He was stronger than me. I screamed but no one could hear me. Snakes came near to me and started to bite me. I screamed with pain.

When I woke up, I was struggling on the bed. It was a dream. I run to the kitchen and drank some water to relieve myself. I could hear my heartbeat. When I came round, I went to Mr Herru's grave. There were a lot of dead snakes around the grave. I started to search for The Snakes but I couldn't find anything. Was it a coincidence that Noah came to my dream? Was he related to Mr Herru's murder? There was a lot of question in my mind waiting to be answered. To reveal the truth I would get in touch with Noah.
